We are very pleased to announce the publication of the article titled ‘A Scoping Review of TSR Analysis in Colorectal Cancer: Implications for Automated Solutions’ in the journal Frontiers in Oncology Reviews.

Developed within the scope of the ARABESC project, this article is the result of a collaboration between IMP Diagnostics and WSK Medical, providing a comprehensive review of the important prognostic marker ‘Tumor-Stroma Ratio (TSR)’ in colorectal cancer.
This work is part of the ARABESC project, which aims to develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based solution for the automated quantification of TSR in colorectal cancer. Contributors to the project include Felix Dikland, Cyrine Fekih, Marius Wellenstein, Jonathan Woodburn, Ricella Souza da Silva, João Fraga, Domingos Oliveira, Raquel Machado-Neves, Diana Montezuma Felizardo, and Isabel Macedo Pinto (IMP Diagnostics).
This publication represents a significant step forward in the application of Artificial Intelligence to digital pathology, reinforcing the commitment of the teams involved to diagnostic innovation and the improvement of prognostic accuracy in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
