On March 7th, IMP Diagnostics participated in the IV BioMedLab Congress, represented by Project Manager Diana Oliveira, who took the stage as part of the Scientific Panel II – Healthcare Management and Quality: Measuring What Matters.
Together with Tiago Sacchetti (Bosch Portugal), she contributed to a debate and exchange of ideas on continuous improvement and the optimization of production and quality management processes.
Additionally, during the same panel, Diana Oliveira addressed the topic “Application of Lean Tools in Laboratory Production Management”, sharing practical strategies to optimize laboratory processes, improve result quality and generate greater value in daily laboratory operations.
The interaction with the audience and the dialogue among participants made this exchange of knowledge and experiences even more dynamic and enriching, reinforcing our commitment to continuous innovation and excellence in healthcare.
