The Breast Pathology Unit is comprised by a dedicated team of Pathologists providing excellent services. The anatomopathological evaluation in this area involves the study of microbiopsy and surgical specimens, carrying out extemporaneous exams, and determining important biomarkers for the treatment and prognosis of breast disease.

Unit Coordinator

This team actively engages with multidisciplinary breast pathology teams and believes this is a crucial step towards a comprehensive understanding of the disease.
